A new and social way to enjoy the health benefits of garlic! Plump cloves of fresh garlic are marinated in Mediterranean herbs and then char-roasted to bring out their sweet, slightly smoky flavour. Delicious mashed into its own oil on toasted bread, bruschetta or simply as an accompaniment to cheese. It is also good with roast chicken or lamb.
