A l'Olivier Chilli Oil

Ingredients: Olive oil, red chillies
Size: 250ml tin

This has a hot chilli kick but is incredibly smooth too. Use it sparingly to dress pasta dishes, pizza, couscous, grilled chicken or fish. The more adventurous can use it as a dipping oil as well.
