An excellent, award winning extra virgin olive oil made from this respected estate's own olives, grown on the flanks of the Subbetica Moutains.
It has a smooth, citrus fruit flavour reminiscent of candied mixed peel and a light peppery finish that goes well with most foods - especially meats, fish, soups and pasta dishes.
