Seggiano's honeys are produced by one master beekeeper - Mauro Pagliaccia. They are all cold extracted and unfiltered and of exeptional quality.
This honey is produced in the spring when the acacia trees of are in full flower. The honey is a light golden colour, fragrant and does not tend to set.
