A lovely gift - 250ml Jordanian extra virgin olive oil, 100g Zaatar (roasted sesame seeds, roasted wheat, wild thyme, herbs and salt) and two handmade Palestinian dipping bowls. Presented in a jute bag.
Just get some good bread (maybe a flatbread), put some oil in one bowl, Zaatar in the other and dip away. Delicious!
