M. Alziari's shop in Nice has been serving the rich and famous for decades. He produces his own oil from olives gathered from the hills behind Nice. The oil is typically Provencal in style - fresh, fruity and sweet but with a hint of nutty spice. Goes well with vegetables, chicken and fish. The tin is very pretty and makes a great kitchen decoration piece after the oil has been enjoyed!
