This delicious semi-dried salted cod is quite unlike the rock hard "cricket bats" you usually see. It keeps in the refrigerator for over a year but only takes 24 hours to soak in cold water (change the water at least 3 times) . Excellent quality from a renowned producer.
The cod is caught sustainably in the North Atlantic using only rod and line.
