This distinctive oil, which has a very limited production, comes from the hand picking of the best Picholine du Languedoc olives grown in ancient groves on the foothills of the Atlas Mountains - the terroir has been producing olives since Roman times. 

It has a well balanced, almost sweet fresh herbal taste. It features mild fruit, green apple and artichoke notes, and has a distinctive peppery finish. The bottle itself is a work of art!
