Very little olive oil escapes France and what does is usually either very good or very bad. Fortunately, this A.O.C Huile d'Olive de Nyons is firmly in the first camp!

 

This is our favourite oil at the moment. It has a wondeful sweet green apple, almond and hazelnut flavour and a luscious, buttery mouthfeel. There's very little bitterness or peppery heat so it's ideal for people who want a full flavoured but less assertive oil. Very well made.
