Free run oil is the "flower of the oil" that gently seeps out of the freshly picked and crushed fruit before it is pressed. This organic, unfiltered oil is superb. It has a rich, floral passion fruit aroma and a fine peppery finish. Excellent as a dip, on grilled meats, fish, vegetables, pasta and risotto. Each bottle is individually numbered and sealed by hand.
