Acclaimed as one of the world's best oils, this Tuscan treasure has a fresh, full, savoury character reminiscent of green bananas, and a distinctly peppery (some would say fiery) finish that goes superbly well with salads, crudites and vegetables. The colour is a stunning, intense green.

It may seem expensive but it only costs about 50p to dress a salad with this oil and what a difference it makes. The bottle is fitted with a handy slow drizzling insert.
