Coltibuono (or Cultus Boni) Extra Virgin olive oil is produced on a famous estate in Chianti and has a golden yellow colour with greenish reflections. It is light yet tasty, with an intense fruity bouquet of fresh olives, balanced with nuts and a nice peppery finish. Good with pasta, grilled meats, salads and vegetables.
