Rosé Wine Jelly

Ingredients:Rosé wine, sugar, citric acid, pectin

Size: 110ml bottle

 

Hand made in the beautiful Ceiriog Valley, a teaspoonful of this new wine jelly has a great balance of sweetness, piquancy and real rosé wine character. Goes well with pork, turkey, strawberries and cheese. Although made with really good wine, all the alcohol disappears as the jelly is boiled during its manufacture.
