Local wine must is aged in valuable wooden barrels to concentrate its complex flavour. The resulting vinegar is smooth, sweet and piquant. Unlike low grade balsamics this contains no added caramel colouring or thickeners - it's all natural.

 

Adds colour and depth to stews, sauces and salads.
