Leblanc is an excellent French maker of oils and vinegars. This delectable apricot coloured all-natural apple cider vinegar is perfect for light, summer salad dressings and yet still has enough acidity (5%) to use for pickling. The fresh, full-bodied flavour makes this a good all-rounder and a nice addition to your pantry.

Good cider vinegar naturally throws a light, wispy sediment in the bottle.
