100% pure, traditionally pressed walnut oil from a famous French producer. Freshly shelled walnuts are still ground to a paste through a 19thC stone mill before pressing. This rich and flavourful oil tastes of fresh walnuts and is very versatile - it can be used in both sweet and savoury cooking. Not only does it make an excellent dressing for salads (try it with raspberry vinegar - three parts oil whisked with one part vinegar), or to add a fresh nutty dimension to biscuits and cakes.
