Ingredients: Thyme, sesame seeds, sumac and salt
This authentic dukkah is made with wild thyme, sesame seeds, sumac (crushed, dried berries that have a savoury, slightly bitter taste) and salt. Just dip some good bread (a flatbread is best) into the best extra virgin olive oil in your kitchen and then into the za'atar. Simple and delicious!
