Made from pinot gris and meunière grapes grown in the Champagne region, this vinegar is an authentic local speciality. The vinegar is unfiltered and all-natural, with a bit of the "mother" left in the liquid to maintain its crisp, yet smooth flavour. Makes spectacular vinaigrettes and marinades.
