Ingredients (Serves 6)
Half a cucumber, peeled, deseeded and grated
1 large clove garlic (2 if you like), crushed
A small bunch of fresh mint or dill, finely chopped
250g strained Greek yoghurt. Use an authentic one like Total.
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Easy - just mix all the ingredients in a serving bowl!
Serve with vegetable sticks and fingers of warm pitta bread. Best made and chilled a couple of hours ahead to allow the flavours to mingle.
